Hosting Terms

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Hosting Terms apply when you request, subscribe to, or pay for a managed web hosting plan offered by CodeInfra. They supplement our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Service overview

CodeInfra provides managed hosting services that may include server resources, website hosting, backups, security monitoring, and technical support as described in the selected plan.

Submitting a hosting inquiry does not activate service. Hosting begins only after plan confirmation, payment (if applicable), and account provisioning.

2. Plans, billing, and renewal

  • Pricing, billing cycle, and included features are based on the plan shown at the time of purchase or invoice.
  • Unless stated otherwise, plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of service.
  • We may update plan pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use hosting for unlawful activity, malware distribution, spam, phishing, copyright infringement, or activities that harm network stability or other customers.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations, security risks, or abuse, with notice when practical.

4. Backups and data responsibility

Where backups are included, they are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical content when needed.

You retain ownership of your website content and data. You grant CodeInfra the rights needed to host, back up, and support your service.

5. Uptime and support

We aim to provide reliable hosting and responsive support, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Support scope and response expectations depend on your selected plan.

6. Suspension and termination

You may request cancellation according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate hosting for non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, or operational risk.

Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting any data before access is removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the plan and billing period confirmed at purchase or on invoice. Unless explicitly stated, fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeInfra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption arising from hosting use.

Our total liability for any hosting claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing period.

9. Agreement timing

Reading these Hosting Terms during an inquiry helps set expectations. A binding hosting agreement is formed when you accept a formal offer (such as an invoice or order confirmation) and complete required payment or activation steps.
